Rules that have been broken by the Golden Horde

Since it has been requested by Vickhoff to know why he has been jailed, and for specific rules to be cited, I am now going to cite all rules that I deem have been broken, and how.

Rule 2 - because you stole from Mead Hall (previously)
Rule 7 - because when my Enforcers would communicate with you, you would try to go around them by coming to me, which not only signifies that you have no respect for my Enforcers, but you have no respect for the authority of my word, which they carry.
Rule 8 - you carried out combat on the spawn island, whether you started it or not. And, based on how you've been behaving on my server, I think you started it.
Rule 9 - You have asked us to spawn materials, more than once, and you have asked us for many a special favor.
Rule 10 - We DID catch you with diamond armor, though I will go ahead and grant that, since that infraction, we have not caught you with any.


For these infractions, and, quite honestly, for all of the incessant bitching and complaining, you and your second in command are getting at least 48 hours of jailtime. After this time is up, I will consider releasing you back to your clan. Consider this your final warning. You are now, officially, skating on EXTREMELY thin ice.

How come I'm going into jail? I only made a prison break, nothing bad, fun for both sides I'd say, and as far as i know it's not agianst the rules?

Overmortal was speaking of Akilleus, vickhoffs lap dog, not you. We found the jail break hilarious and encouraged it so as far as I'm concerned that doesn't earn you jail time :p

But then agian, it was Jason saying that i should go to jail, not you.. So i'm concerned of him.. Putting someone in jail for "fun" is something people whom gone mad from power does. And I can only wait and see if he puts me in jail

Also, in regards to some in game comments, you were told to stop with the whining on more than one occasion. It continued. If you want to leave, fine. If you want to stay, fine. I personally don't care either way. You broke the rules and didn't listen. You started drama after being told not to. You can deny this all you want to but it will make no difference. We're tired of babysitting you. The punishment stands.

I have to defend myself on all points brought to me by you, admins.

The accusation about rule 2, sure you found us guilty on that point, with clear evidence and i can't fight that. But the punishment for that incident has already been delivered in game.

The accusation about rule 7, i accept that i am guilty on this point, at a few occasions i desired to speak to another admin because i thought my bad relations with the specific admin changed their actions against me. At one point we had evidence which made us belive that one admin were to teleport a few hostile players to our base, which we reacted on. This incident was settled and shouldn't be punished for, since it was, well, settled.

The accusation on rule 8, no evidence was brought and there were only false accusations. And i didnt deliver a blow in the "battle".

The accusation on rule 9, yes, after you delivered the punishment on our "theiving" we thought it was a too harsh punishment(which also overmortal thought), and was promised to recieve some specific building material. After we didnt receive what we was promised(altough we recieved a fraction of it, like a ton of glass we didnt needed), we asked for getting what we were promised( a few gold blocks, and a few brick blocks). To ask for what we were promised is not a infringement of rule number 9, it is common sense to try to hold someone to their word.

Rule 10, i can assure you that we haven't used diamond armor after the rule was posted, however we used it before it was posted. We have also had diamond weapons in boxes, this because we stole 1 diamond sword in a raid against the shadow hunters. To punish us retrospectively for a crime isnt, or well shouldn't be allowed.

About the general "bitching" i wasnt told clearly to "shut up" by any admins, however i can admit that they may have used some other expresion that i couldn't understand, since my english skills is very limited.

No. I will not send you to jail. I only said it because I did not think it could be done. Congrats on proving me wrong. While we have in the first 2 or 3 days of the Server discuss a jail term for a jail break we truly did not settle on it because we thought we had set it up so it could not be done. I DID think of rewarding you for such good engineering but alas I will not. You do get props. though.

Okey, so what the hell have I done?! Why do I end up in jail as soon as I log on, when I've been skiing with my mates this saturday / sunday! Could anyone please tell me what's going on?

you may want to talk to your clan leader and clan mates, until this gets sorted out jail will remain

You run with the clann you die with the clann. You truly need to talk to Vickhoff to find what has transpired.

All I will say is that you were logged during during the time after I last checked my grounds and before I found a boat in my waters, and holes blasted in my castle.

So, jail. Oh, and, that little tower you had behind our castle? We renamed it "Golden Hole 2, Electric Boogaloo" Enjoy your crater.
